Responsibilities: The President shall schedule and preside over all meetings, coordinate and oversee all projects and activities. The President shall be Chief Executive and Administrative Office of the Organization and take the necessary responsibilities to carry out the task. The President shall act as Chairman of the annual chief fund-raiser. The President shall appoint all committee chairs.
Responsibilities: The Vice President shall serve as an assistant to the President and take over the position if necessary. The first Vice President shall serve as the Chairperson of the Fall Event.
Responsibilities: The Secretary shall record the minutes of the meetings and keep the records of the Organization. The secretary shall also prepare agendas and keep the minutes of all regular OPT meeting. The Secretary shall be in charge of contacting the membership whenever necessary.
Responsibilities: The Treasurer shall make deposits and withdrawals, write checks, collect money, keep and report all financial matters relating to the group. The Treasurer shall also serve as the Chairman of the Finance Committee.
Responsibilities: The School Principal shall represent the interests of the management of the School.
